The training division continues to work hard in January by keeping our staff busy with a multitude of different trainings. We have completed our annual SIDS, Bloodborne Pathogens and Autism training, sent staff to an EMT class hosted by Scott Memorial Hospital and EMS,  the Ohio Fools Survival Summit for Tactics on Tap as well as Thermal Imaging, and NIMS ICS 300/400 hosted by the Greenville Volunteer Fire Department. We have had crew training‘s on cold weather pump maintenance, SOP/ SOG review, knots, rope systems, drivers training, engine company operations, street familiarization, and Pride and Ownership just to name a few.

Moreover, we began and completed drivers training as well as pump training on the newest addition to our fleet, Tanker 28. Our training’s have been built around strengthening our basic fundamentals and gaining knowledge in more complicated area.
